Use A Ram Disk To Reduce Writes On Solid State Drives
SSD (Solid State Drives) are much faster than traditional hard disks, but writing to a SSD drive too frequent can slow the drive down and shorten its lifespan. Therefore using RAM as a "disk" to save temporary files would be a good idea.
